Saturday, September 1, 2018 Carbella BLM Recreation Area, North of Gardiner, Montana https://maps.google.com/?t=h&q=45.21086,-110.90141 I'm camped in a BLM area north of Gardiner. It's a boat ramp on the Yellowstone River with a bunch of camping spots. I'm right along the edge of the bluff above the river. I can see the water from my window. The camping is free. When I got here Wednesday, the idea was to drive through the park on Thursday and get home on Friday, unless I could find something to keep me occupied over the Labor Day weekend. Well, I vound something. The Junction Butte wolf pack has been active in the Lamar Valley the last few days, so that occupies my mornings.
